Yesterday at Meyer Werft, block number 45 of Norwegian Breakaway was lifted into place. This block comprises a key element of Norwegian Breakaway’s public areas, the ship’s central staircase. Once placed, the staircase will connect decks six and seven, of 678 Oceanplace, two of Norwegian Breakaway’s main public decks. The future location of the stairs will be in the “cut-out” area, easily identified at the top of the deck, in the photo below.
